Outdoor Small Group Training is the perfect way to get your exercise in. Training is serious (i.e. you get a serious sweat on) but fun as we laugh just as much as we sweat!
Sessions run for 45 minutes and are primarily HIIT/Conditioning focused. They may include; boxing, weights, cardio and glute focused elements.
6am Tuesday and Friday, MacLagan Park, Swanbourne
6am Thursday and 7am Saturday, Abbett Park, Scarborough
Bring a mat, towel and water.
