Outdoor Small Group Training is the perfect way to get your exercise in. Training is serious (i.e. you get a serious sweat on) but fun as we laugh just as much as we sweat!
Sessions run for 45 minutes and are primarily conditioning focused. Think weights, cardio, HIIT, core and glute focused elements.
6am - Wednesday and Friday - Mt Claremont Oval
Bring a mat, towel and water.
